On 6/18/09 the School Board voted to spend $1800 four times a year to mail out a newsletter. If those who opposed Article 5 were squandering taxpayer treasure and destroying the planet, what are those who plan to spend the same money filling our mailboxes with 'Community Relations' propaganda? Can't they post THIS on the web site?
